Chris is basically the renaissance man of all things home improvement and construction! A guy like him is hard to find. I had several projects that I needed done before summer ending and he finished all of them with a level of perfection that I haven’t seen before. Besides doing superior work, he is also affordable priced considering the amount of effort he puts into every project. I’m beyond grateful to have found him here on thumbtack and it seems like it was made to be. I had tried for ~3 weeks to get a “handyman” from thumbtack to start the projects at my place. The guy was unprofessional and an absolute flake, making up excuses and just lying every single time. Eventually I gave up because as we all know our own time is valuable too. It’s frustrating when people waste it. Chris came in and made me glad the other “handyman” never came. Chris did excellent work and never rescheduled the entire time. He showed up every day and when he said he would show up too. That means something to me, and I’m sure everyone else! Here’s a list of what he did to make my DR Horton home so much better… (There are pictures attached) 1.) Kitchen = remove quartz guard, install backsplash, and stainless steel edges 2.) Lighting = take down LEDs, install 3 new lights, patch over 2 lights (these were randomly placed by the builder), drill 3 centered holes, install motion sensor lights in under-the-stair closet and laundry closet 3.) Laundry Room = repair dryer tubing, install new dryer vent, and install shelving 4.) Under-the-stair-closet = support preexisting shelf, install new shelving and drawers, and install 2 outlets, drill hole and put in light 5.) Weather Strip = replaced weather strip on garage door *Thank you Chris! (I’m sorry it took forever to post this :), it has been crazy since school started)

We were 2/3 of the way through doing our own lvp and totally ran out of time and energy, Chris thankfully has a cancellation and has gotten what would have taken us weeks done in two days. Going back my husband and I both agree that we would have had them do the whole floor and saved us so much time for other projects. They have done such a wonderful job, so quickly and so affordably. Do yourself a favor and just get the estimate!
